Okay this has been a really really long time since i last posted... january 23rd till now haha. it has been a couple of months alr... gosh.

many has happened throughout these few months. since getting into jc, this is like the toughest stage of my life. going through all the bullshit and crap, i guess it just makes me a stronger person in the near future? whatever.

okay let's see for the past few months... okay good that i've broaden my social circle by a lot, be it new friends or getting more closer friends, which is kinda good.

of cos troubles seemed to flow greatly these few months, hopefully it will be gone yea.

okay look at this: when you're recovering from the lowest point of your life, you will realise that that you can actually do much more with your abilities.

Nan Hua NPCC.

okay i will start with squad chalet.

day one.
went late cos i had NP in the aftnoon. okay before that shall talk abt my encounter with 999. okay so i was on my way to sch. then at some lift lobby, i heard a squeak. removed my earphones and looked ard. there was nth. omg. then i hear it again. turned and saw a moving plastic bag(yes it was scary initially). two postmen(one uncle and auntie) came and we looked at the bag. we predicted an animal. gosh it was pretty scary, in fear of violent or dead animals in it.

the uncle suggested to call the police. they said they need to deliver mails, so the ending was me calling the police. 999 as i dialled, omg the feeling is haha, cool. it's my first time calling the cops manz. okay so i waited for a while and the police came. omg before they came i was pitying the animals in the bag manz. okay then the police came. and i noticed the surroundings of the plastic bag was wet, but not smelly.

okay so the police took my particulars and they opened the bag. gosh in it had 3 lil kittens. they released it and i went to sch. gosh which bloody idiot did this kinda thing manz. such an asshole. okay this encounter is weird haha.

k aft NP i went for squad chalet. carried like super heavy stuff there manz. k reached and the the rest are alr eating/playing. k cant stand the hunger and ate a lot manz. k aft that was gl session at someone haha. then Adwin and i decided to sit down and have a chat. yea contents are confidential. haha.

the rest wanted to watch a movie so they left and some of us decided to stay in the chalet. helped that hxx finish a truckload of satay manz. tv was kinda okay. decided to talk some crap and made the boring show interesting lol.

k aft that we decided to sleep and wake up at 4am to watch soccer @ mac. however, we woke up and cont sleeping cos i initiated to sleep longer. lol.

day two.
woke up at ard 8am. ate the soggy noodles and stared into space. did some lame stuff till like 12pm and as the rest went to the beach, i decided to return to NH and take a look at PT. it was okay and i joined them for some parts. haha then there was some funny stuff abt kataks and we were laughing like mad. okay left and went back to chalet. most of them went to rent bikes so yea i stoned at the chalet for a while.

k went to downtown east aftwards to join the rest for dinner. dinner was abt crapping abt our times as cadets and NCOs. haha those were the days manz. nostalgic times...

k at the makan place we watch a show called Ninja Warrior. haha it was super funny and i decided to create some sound effects by singing OH IT WAS SAD when the contestant failed. haha it was funny cos everyone was watching the same show. haha.

k went back to chalet. cont watching the same show. haha then we crapped for a while before Bong finally arrived and the rest went to cycle. i stayed in the chalet and watched Idol. haha it was funny since it's still in the auditions episodes. haha.

CJ came back cos of some incident and haha sth funny happened through the process lar. well we decided to stay in the chalet. i was kinda bored so yea i volunteered to buy some mac manz. haha. k since there was only one extra bike, i cycled alone to downtown and got mac for them. the sad thing was my coke toppled and yea emo -.- k went back anyway and yea we ate haha. aft eating we went to sleep. haha i guess i was too tired manz.

day three.
woke up and it was time to book out. well standard process and we chatted as we went back. wanted to go straight to sch and bathe etc there but however, i received a message from Sir Louis stating that he has alr known his postings and he's back in Nan Hua. gosh i was so excited and i decided to rush home to open my letter box and look at my postings. i opened the letter and with much anticipation, i read the letter.

bold and underlined, it stated Nan Hua High School. omg and i shouted yes so loud, not caring that i was at the lift lobby. happy, i bathed and went to Nan Hua. haha k looked at PT again and haha heard of sth. then we decided to do sth with regards to acting. gosh the acting not so good arh haha ppl who read this will know what i'm talking abt. played soccer and scored two in a game, including a header. haha quite happy. then we discussed abt cc criteria aftwards and i went to eat with James since he went back to Nan Hua. haha talked abt the happy times in Nan Hua, gosh i'll definitely miss Nan Hua like crazy manz. k that marks the end of my squad chalet days. haha.

okay following day was parade. well it's my first proper parade as a CI. so yea kinda fresh to many stuff haha. next let's talk abt Saturday, Air Rifle Briefing. haha the Air Rifle was kinda uncomfortable for Jing Zhen and i cos they didnt provide the left-handed Air Rifles. okay so i shot and got only 5 lol.

hmm k then we left.

okay that's all. while tying, i kept thinking abt the days in Nan Hua. gosh those were really nostalgic manz. i really wanna return to those days again. well well...

okay hoping to get into JJ Arts now. and yea it was really a great feeling to be posted back to Nan Hua. :D

K i'm back from OC... as a senior 老鸟... haha.

well went to Nan Hua in the aftnoon. my hands really got tired just from waving >.< hmm went to eat and went to look ard aft that. hmm the games are pretty much entertaining for the sec 1s, they seemed to be having fun. well that's like the goal or objective anyway so yea it's pretty okay.

went to look at the campcraft team do their pt lol.

got bored and went to play soccer after that. hmm i think it was a pretty good game for me i guess. new experience gained towards dribbling. haha. k aft that went to help ard and got my yellow OC tee. simple but good... 简单就是美吧 haha. k then talked to batch ppl and we were talking abt last yr's OC. went down and helped ard like moving tables yea. shared and few jokes and time for the 'old birds' to work. k sec 1s talent time. hmm the performance itself i guess it was okay, wasnt really concentrating on their performance lol. seems like their class enjoyed themselves.

hmm was crapping with a few juniors at that time. some are really very random lol. k lar at least it was quite entertaining. went to talk to batchmates aft that. hmm we were really making comments abt the new sch system and yea... well well maybe i should be lucky i had Dr Foo for 4 yrs, like SERIOUSLY.

alumni performance was like the highlight of the night manz. beatboxing. haha it was quite good. next was the dance. everyone enjoyed it manz. with songs like apologize, 撑腰 and Sorry Sorry, we followed with the beat haha.

k end of the Orientation Night. and then Mr Edmund Ng came. the gals were like super high lol. started talking abt this yr and last yr. then haha. the good part was i think that last yr's camp was well planned cos I WAS ONE OF THE PLANNERS. then Mr Ng was like trying to gl me, as always. but hmm... somehow, the things that he say or think always make some sense, with stuff like working under the perimeter... k lar i learnt some stuff from him lol.

aft that batchmates and i went down to talk crap... started talking abt the good old days and yea as usual, gossips :D haha. aft that time for the sec 1s to bathe and yea they needed my help so yea went to help out luh. haha sth funny happened in the toilet that i guess quite a number of ppl know what happened. pls comment if you know what it was, k it was the ten seconds incident. haha. brought some sec 1s to their toilets to bathe. someone commented 我在带我的孩子 -.- lol. k then it was 12am! HAPPY 17th BIRTHDAY BOSS(JAMES)! haha nice fren, good brother. we sorta agreed we share the same fate lol. best wishes yea.

went to talk to NP juniors aft that... hmm it was okay i guess. all the best bahs.

k then went to shower and aft i came out, the best thing was that the teacher went to put me in charge to turn off all the lights and fans and get the leaders to go and sleep. best~~ what a tough job it was, thought that old birds shouldnt be doing all those lol... but whatever it is since the teacher trusted me into doing it so just do luh... haha the leaders know what was the limits though. thanks...

k sat down with my batchmates and crapped again. they were talking abt my compatibility with someone-.- and they had fun manz >.< and yes i shared my life story in Nan Hua and they think mine was very entertaining. true it was a roller coaster ride for me. then we started talking abt doing how much work in our CCAs and of cos the political stuff in the past. well well it's all over so yea we just had a laugh at it. wanted to get the breakfast at 4am but everyone ended up sleeping...

got awoke by all the noise and went to wash up aft that. gave the council exco some advices as they asked me and yea they did a pretty good job aft that.

batchmates finally woke up and yea we went to talk crap and bought mac delivery. haha. k ate and went to look ard yea. started talking abt Taeyang's Wedding Dress and played the song haha. k then we decided to go home early haha... and here i am blogging abt it haha.

hmm i think that the juniors have done a pretty good job in planning the camp even with so many restrictions. only that some planning from yea that organisation that aint from the sch anymore had really weird plannings and it made things pretty difficult. but well the student leaders did okay and good effort guys.

yea talked to some of them and talking abt results is really oh my gosh manz. there's this thrill or excitement or anxious feeling lar gosh.

well this Christmas is somehow quite different i guess. before the Christmas week came i was in CIBTC. well somehow i wasnt in the pre-Christmas mood yea. it's like Christmas came so early haha.

k went for workplan and retreat today. as usual, this was with the sec 1 registration day. saw quite a few ppl from my pri sch(wow that was like close to 5 yrs ago alr manz, i'm getting old). okay apart from that, saw a few familiar faces from Nan Hua, ppl like James and Noel. i'm like shocked lar. as in we aint really from Nan Hua le. they are really like so passionate abt the sch lar(or shall i say council). that brings me back to the question of passion, why did i become a CI?

hmm it's like really abt the passion of NPCC(in exact, Nan Hua NPCC unit) that i wanted to become a CI. bringing up the juniors, teaching them, guiding them? would other ppl be willing to only earn that mere $2 pay? well well... it really depends on your passion for the corps.

okay and WHY DID I BECOME A FUN-SIZED CI?! my god lar. k fine i'm small but i got fun-sized meh? make me sound like some M&M like that lar. anyway i'm not angry, just pretty amuzed by the fun-sized term(what the i'm actually laughing at myself now).

yea this is it. finally it ended. officially P/CI(NPCC) now. lol.

k this journey of CIBTC wasnt easy. many obstacles came to me, but it was still manageable. haha.

okay well ATC for me isnt really that interesting though. it's like yea i've done those before. idk lar. nth special though.

Above Beyond As one! NRC2

okay week 2 of CIBTC is over.

this week hasnt really been easy for me. a lot of things happened during course and somehow it really affected me a lot. involvement with ppl that you dont really know for 16 years of your life and you have to do things with them for 2 straight weeks is really i huge mountain to climb.

how shall i put this... hmm sth like 知人知面不知心 i shall say. you will nvr know what other ppl will do to you. and sometimes, ppl that you dont expect to help you will actually be the ones that gave you the greatest motivation.

aft NRC2, i think that the path of being a CI aint easy. you will have many things to deal with. be it hard skills or soft skills, it will definitely make you a btr person. looking forward to CI-ship though. a road that i've chosen. i will try to make the best full use of it.

okay writing all these, there's gonna be a group of ppl that really pushed me on. BRAVO SQUAD D09! as said in my ealier para, having to work together no knowing each other for 16 yrs aint easy, but they are the ones that pulled through the same thing with me. eating together, doing drills together, getting scolded together, joke together... these are just some example. well now that we are really bonded as a squad it's really the pixie dust that made us what we are today. thank you Bravo squad.

now one more challenge is ahead of me: ATC. well proposals are getting on my nerves gosh. nvm it's pretty much completed, now the vetting results awaits. all the best for myself.

CIBTC = Tough? i dun think so with due credits to Bravo Squad D09.

okay i guess it's been a pretty long time since i last posted. if you think i'm too free to blog, you're totally wrong man. folks you are wrong. lols.

k NRC1 of CIBTC is over. it's been really mentally tiring thanks to the cultural shock i guess. sleeping so late and waking up so early hasnt been a smooth one.

however, thanks to the cute and crazy Bravo squad that i'm in, it has made things easier. these bunch of ppl had been really fun and motivating. k NRC1 is over, the worst has been over haha. i feel so relieved. hmm NRC2 will be more fun i guess lol. praying hard to do well in assessment lols.

hmm aft CIBTC it will still be busy for me though lol. k that's all for now. NRC2 here we come!

okay my turn to blog i mean. lol. let's start with annual camp.

hmm what can i say? okay first was the CIP thing. haha i finally know how to give out things using the old school method. lol.

next maybe more abt the change of mentality from being a planner/executer to being a facilitator of the camp. well maybe what i can say is... it's manageble bahs haha. okay maybe i still did a lil stuff.

well well... looking at the sec 3s reminded me of how my squad and i worked together last year. esp the part on the smell of teamwork. haha. those were the times manz.

actually i've learnt quite a lil from this camp. CIs have been giving me advices on being a CI and stuff. CIBTC sounds fun anyway lol. looking forward to being a CI man lol.

hmm k that's all i can say for annual camp i guess.

next up, grad night.

haha last minute shopping. quite successful i guess. during prom some ppl say my colour combination is nice. haha thanks grandchild if you see this. okay anyway then i went back home and prepared my stuff. aft that, met up with Yang Le and we went to Woodlanes to meet up with Nukun and Xin Hua. haha Jun Wei came aft that. the traffic police was camping there while we waited for the taxi. then i started to gl by talking abt ranks and asking SI Pang to go and pwn him(SGT) lol. anyway then we cab to orchard. initially it was like quite boring since my class guys arent there yet.

k we were chased up to the ballroom from the lobby aft that. met up with quite a few ppl and it's pictures aft pictures. k then we took attendance and took a card. haha i got a diamond ace.

went in and blablabla we went. okay it started finally. lol. first up was the speeches. hmm then it was this xiang shen performance. i have no freaking idea on what they are talking manz. baseball? hello this is Singapore and 41 Clementi Ave 1. we rarely watch those. didnt want to say these but yea i said it anyway.

class videos were one of the highlights i guess. haha. these vids were done while we were preparing for 'O' Levels so yea it's pretty meaningful for us. oh ya almost forgot prom king and queen haha. Tian Jie and Evia. haha. we laughed throughout the selection lar. oh squad and i laughed at sth else. haha shouldnt say it.

anyway there's alw an end. prom ended and everybody started spamming photos. yar it's the legendary word cam-whore. haha. first was class. then squad. wanted to call Mr Chew then he tell me he went home alr-.- halfway through taking photos with Mrs Lee, she suddenly random say, "Joven you btr get the best CI trainee back arh!" i totally tio stunned 0.0 anyway we keep taking photos lar. then spam spam spam. haha i candid camera quite a few luh lol. funny.

okay that went home. hmm idk leh but i feel quite sad or sth during and aft prom. Nan Hua is the school that totally changed my life. my pri sch frens in Nan Hua will know the difference. now i've graduated, it's like quite difficult to leave. many ppl dun like changes, me included. well well... idk what to say abt it also. guess i will remember this 2006-2009 249-batch forever.

American Idol just got a whole lot cuter.

As the show looks to replace Paula Abdul, there's a good chance it continues to rotate random singers alongside Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson and Kara DioGuardi during various audition episodes.

And those lucky enough to try out in Dallas next week will perform in front of Joe Jonas! The musician will take over for Victoria Beckham and Mary J. Blige, the show's first two guest judges of the new season.

Meanwhile, as first reported by The Los Angeles Times, Kelly Clarkson is nearing a deal to join the judge's table later this summer.

Other judges confirmed for American Idol include Katy Perry and Shania Twain.

HAPPY TEACHER'S DAY!

Gosh it's a rainy + Tuesday aftnoon + sch holiday.... i should be sleeping. however i am like studying for prelims now(taking a break for a while lar)

ytd was hmm kinda slack. but lol there was a controversy over the change of CCA points. many got deducted(which made the most noise), some remained(I'M IN THIS CATEGORY!) and a rare amt increased in points. i was telling a few like yea who's got the last laugh now manz. like those 30++ are now less than my before and aft 29points.

gosh i lost my pen and pencil. and tmr are exams. =.= btr get new ones.

gosh the point of tmr is prelims gives me the creeps.

HAPPY 51st BIRTHDAY MICHAEL JACKSON!

though you've already left us, your music live forever. i was in the midst of getting over the MJ fever alr but aft watching his concert on ch 5 just now. totally MJ fever again. gosh his dancing is sth that no one can compete with. cool.

okay let's talk abt what happened during the week.

monday was oral, for those who saw my facebook status, you guys know that i was saved by NP cos of the safety in the neighbourhood topic. so happy and grateful of my experience manz lol.

tuesday was a rather as per normal day, just that i played football for ard an hour or so cos there's pe lol.

wednesday hmm... not too sure what happened alr. but it was quite an enriching day full of stories though. lol.

thursday. oh ya talked with someone lol haiz sometimes forgive and forget is still the best advice to everyone from my point of view.

friday. pretty slacked off alr. just that my locker is T.T gosh i needed a super big box lar. lol. lucky my dad got off from work early and came over to take the box and i stayed over for night class haha. lucky me.

I AM STILL CONFUSED over so many situations now. yes i have sorted it out. guess i must be more optimistic towards life uh? being sandwiched sucks.

i still dont feel good, but well i still have to carry on with life and take my Os which is like freaking impt. rarr prelims are coming soon and i still think my revision is not enough. btr get myself working fast.

hmm which subject should i tank on? language? humans? sciences? maths? hmm in the sense that i muz definitely improve on those weaker one but not to pang seh my okay ones also ryt? then yea the workload tanks, and i am going crazy. things are getting on my nerves and i will try to distress by super gl ways. i guess i am crazy.

YOYO... hmm it's Friday. wow that's fast. okay this sch week has been pretty hmm...sorta epic.

hmm it didnt started out well, tuesday first lesson got pwned for no reason lol. well tuesday was yea aft that another typical day. gah memory failing... but wait, toes hurts like nuts cos of that stupid red ant bite and i still go and play soccer.

wednesday was hmm... yea still as normal. night class in the end was lol.

thursday hmm they said prelims pushed back by one week. Nan Hua's got talent was lol. eng oral tips was funnier. haha. hmm as usual i emo-ed for a while.

okay today hmm.. should have more memory of it. hmm rarr actually there's nth much this week, just a diff kinda feelings and thoughts in my mind. some squadmates stayed for night class. hmm yea then we walked to central to get some bbt and sat down and we talked abt prom night. haha hxx said sth really funny. hmm yea it was only for a while but it has been some time since squadies had a chat. k then we went back home.

oh common test week for the juniors though. no CCAs, so the courts are alw occupied still lols.

hmm recently i've heard a lot of stories abt a lot of ppl, and it's like all emo de lar. wth. but yea what to do manz. no like i can help to solve all their own problems ryt? lols.

haha and i realised that songs can seriously affect your mood. it will seriously make you more towards any kind of mood the song is into now. cool or weird? make your judgement.

i am now SUPER DETERMINED to do well for prelims and Os. apparently i believe that i can choose to do what i wanna do aft my Os. i can plan my own post exam activities, and not follow anyone else. like hello, i prefer doing what i like since it's the end of my exams. and now, i will work super hard. of cos i do not believe in whatsoever of studying 24/7 or what other than studying you do nth else, these ppl are extraordinary. i am just a normal person, but i will mug hard. i appreciate the support of my teachers though, thanks.

okay maybe more abt ytd. aft the ceremony(XD) was the service award presentation. omg hilarious stuff. haha i am actually laughing at myself. went to watch netball interclass aft that. okay so aft netball it was like celebrations at the parade square. lol the sec 4s guys were practically getting too high including myself. haha.

anyway aft that went out with squad. ate pizza hut and yea at least i ate my veggies lol. we took a long long time outside ntuc deciding what to do next before walking to the mrt station and decided again -.- okay in the end went to boon lay. walked to the SAFRA and yea in the end we walked back to JP again. k the final decision was to sit at a corner to talk. lol. well well just the usual crap that we alw chatted. okay aft that took the lrt with ZhiYun and she asked me some really weird stuff lol. anyway she told me things that made me went o.o

okay basically i want to talk abt the dearest contingent haha. okay just now dun really have time to say. nvm i shall blog here, haha i noe no one would read it but yea it's for my own pleasure lol.

okay having spent two weeks together, i can see the bond in you all. the solid bang was zhai okay lol. the performance was good, and the slow march part was worth to be praised. good job.

trainings and rehearsals to me was like i can finally take a short break from studies. it was pretty fun working with ppl from all the UGs :)

to Zhan Teng, you performed well. even though you have just recovered, you didnt give up and put on a good performace. good good haha. Jermaine, haha you did well too. hehe.

okay you all did well even though Pearlynn and i were shocked over some issues haha.

okay let me see if i can name all of you: Zhan Teng, Jermaine, Billy, Rachel, Shauna, Kee Foong, Miao Pei, Serene, Bryan, Charmain, Wen Hui, Ying Ying, Yi Ming, Jeng Wei, Qi Zhou, Jun Zhe(who kicked the wall) and Jing Zhen. sorry if there are spelling errors.

of cos, i really appreciated the help from my fellow sec 4s who were in the contingent last yr. Ming Yao, BiQi, Wei De, Kheng Yee, Fun Chung, Su Eng, Sin Yi, Wai Hoong, Kuan Lian, and of cos the one we scammed, LiYu. and of cos some who came for a while. it's like you guys have to mug damn hard for prelims(which i am also :D) but still came down to assist. and of cos the jokes we shared, the drills we gave, the scoldings we made, the stress we had together and of cos our own debrief with a little bit of some crap and gossips aft that haha. without you guys, the parade wouldnt be a success. THANKS :D oh and Cherng Yew came and help too, with Xin Zhi also. haha thanks seniors :D

I don't care if you guys read this now or what. I almost cried. yes you read that right, i almost cried.

well, it was now my turn to ORD, and yea memories of my cadet life would definitely invade my brain. well, obviously thinking of the times i did in the unit with my squad and everyone else in the unit, the days that my squad finally bonded was really fun. turning up for np activities was total enjoyment. okay enough of that, let's talk abt the day.

reached ard 6.15 in sch and squadmates and i started playing soccer. k aft that went to change into my super small full-u. crapped with my squadmates aftwards and we went up to the audi. well the atmosphere is a lil different from the past few ORDs that i've attended. anyway it's not bad cos it's quite Lambert :D tried sth funny at the stage aft gaining permission from Miss Lim and she went 要死arh? damn funny lol.k went down ate, took photos and pop. senior NCO i am now. fast.

haha luckily no one saw my eyes went red. heng arh...

k then took dozens of pics and went to play soccer with Mr Chew haha. k aft that went down to vivo with the super big board to meet up with my squadmates and ate again and home-ed. emotional day for me though.

okay random title. okay this week has been... weird. expressions, tones, blabla... but yea this week has been like yea it's a sch week. there's free play(or not?) and we dun get chased out of sch at 6pm. lol.

anyway thursday was the first NDP rehearsal. lol the sec 4s find it pretty fun and we are pretty enthu abt it actually cos it was fun last yr and we waited a year for it to come lol. okay selection itself took us more than an hour lol. okay so aft selection, my 接班人 is Zhan Teng from SJAB. and NP's Jermaine is parade 2 ic. :D not bad lar. high expectations. coming week will be fun haha. haha Miss Yvonne Lim is one funny teacher manz. the x-factor part can really make you go LOL.

Okay maybe some highlights of this week...

firstly was the photo taking session. 3rd consecutive yr i am standing beside Yang Le the happy lamb. lol and the funny thing is that it's the same old spot. haha if you see those yr books you will find out haha. anyway Dr Foo came and take class photo with our class. he say in his 6 yrs this is his first time taking a photo with a class lol.

okay next. change of class seating arrangement. okay believe or not... I AM SITTING AT THE BACK ROW! this is like the first time in my 10yrs as a pri/sec sch life that i am sitting at the back row okay. and i can see the whiteboard hor lol. anyway you can seriously do your own things at the back and the teacher cant see anything. there's this angle whereby yea the teacher cant see. BUT I AM STUDYING OKAY lol.

well another week has gone by just like that, this week has been pretty, hmm... stressful.

yea the Os are like coming soon and yea workload is still okay, but tests, tys and yea pressure really makes me pretty agitated at times. and seriously, you should find throwing stuff useful if you are too fed up or sth. maybe shouting works too. try it. no harm. i find it pretty useful to like use your strength to vent out your frustration. haha but yea there must still be an appropriate solution to it aft that lar.

okay monday is a-math class common test. the whole of differentiation, chapt 14-chapt 18. hmm actually i am pretty okay i think, since i have been practicing these on a regular basis and yea plus this is pretty impt for integration which my lessons are on it now. must have confidence uh? lol.

well, i think i might wanna change my blogskin lol. haha.

First day of sch... pretty interesting. went to the canteen and started the alw usual chat among my frens. then went back to class and yea many shocking stuff happened thx to H1N1. the most retarded thing was the air con cannot be switched on -.- drats.

Today marks the one year anniversary of the sec 3 integrated trip, no is sec 3 integrated holiday. lol. okay by right it on the 15th June 2008 but yea it's on the last week of hols, which is today so yea. hmm since i didnt post abt the trip last year(i checked), i will post this year lol(actually is cos i nth much to post :X)

Sunday
Reported to school super early and took the bus and went to checkpoint @ tuas. hmm then made a few stops to rest and eat and therefore alighted at eagles ranch @ port dickson. hmm that place is actually sorta a holiday resort so yea the environment was pretty cozy.

had lunch and started the trip with a extreme eagles challenge(woah i can actually remember that!) it was more of a game of mud lol. okay then there's rafting also lar. hmm yea back with loads of mud(lol), bathed and went for dinner.

hmm aft that was nightwalk. aft nightwalk had some stuff and went to sleep at this log room lol.

Monday
Woke up in the early morning and aft breakfast we packed our stuff and went for CIP. hmm it was a home for some kids with illnesses. hmm Miss Nornie has been a great help yea.

k aft CIP we went to have lunch at some restaurant. lol the story of the fish tanker starts here(okay CJ will tank up the fish in the end lol.) k then we went to some rest stop which was pretty grand. hmm had ice cream and off we go to THE HOTEL!!! hahaha.. hmm my partner was Wai Hoong lol. k we bought some stuff, went to a thai restaurant to have dinner, fish tanker again lol, and we went to this room and had a briefing for tmr. hmm it was some safety precautions for tmr's event. my grp will be having rock climbing.

Tuesday
Hmm woke up, had breakfast and we went for rock climbing. hmm the rock was real limestone lol. hmm then aft that lunch-ed and we went to this shopping mall which had hmm some energy museum. well it was more for playing. lol k then went to KFC to have some food aft coming out and then yea i saw this VIP toilet lol. 2RM per entry lol. wonder how it looks like.

hmm then we waited for the coach, and off we went for dinner. aft dinner was briefing and briefing lol. k then went to sleep.

Wednesday
Hmm breakfast-ed. then went to the cave with loads of bats and hmm cockroaches. haha i dunno how to explain the amount of roaches there. hmm maybe sth like the amount of books in a bookshop? lol that's how much roaches there are lol. came out with loads of mud and super tired. k have to bathe at their toilet there and lunch-ed. 7-11ed and at first there's absailing but it was cancelled due to the bad weather lol. hmm actually we were all pretty happy cos it means that we are going early to the shopping mall and we can have our free time there lol. :X

hmm at the mall we shopped and played and ate. hmm it was a super big mall, can be compared to vivo. KL's super huge lol. k we went back to the hotel and the whole batch of sec 3s gathered at the ballroom. hmm had our final briefing then went back to the room and rested. haha we were caught cos we didnt sleep when we were asked to lol. k then we went to sleep.

Thursday
Final day and it started super early. hmm had buffet breakfast and we packed all our stuff. hmm k then we went to a secondary school which is a chinese school. hmm there were many incidents there, esp their class chairperson joke lol. the back haha. hmm dunno if i should tell this incident or not... haha btr dun. hmm kk had pe, history lessons. hmm took some pictures and yea we left.

actually there's sth diff abt us and the sch and Nan Hua. cos yea it's like only ard 100 of us visiting their sch and they actually made the whole sch body to host us lol. hmm they also had a CCA similar to NPCC haha. k lunch-ed and yea went back to Singapore. hmm spoke to Mr Chew before leaving. kk then i go home alr lol.

hmm pretty fruitful camp, which marks the start of my squad taking over the unit. hmm this camp made me learn quite a few stuff(though it's more of a holiday). haha first we listened to Super Sunshine many times(our squad's default alarm tone), my squad was more bonded due to this trip, we heard loads of dirty jokes in the coach lol. and yea the most impt thing was we learn to take care of one another. hmm some ppl were sick, injured in the process of this camp and we had to take care of them(since they cant go home lol). good experience, loads of fun. squadmates btr agree with this lol. post for you all to read and 怀念 de okay lol.

okay one week of not blogging, just some news. haha. kk this week has been pretty busy. studying. lol believe it or not. only went out once this week. -.-

okay remedials in sch quite standard uh... but today was special. my frens and i went to Mrs Siew's apartment. lol okay morning i was in the bus. and you noe. there's one guy standing beside me(right side) with the axe brand feng you smell, then a lady was standing(left side) was wearing perfume. not that the smells suck lar. but the combination of both >.< lol.

k lesson ended at ard 1.30 yea then home-ed. gosh i actually spammed remedials for like 2 weeks alr. izzt an accomplishment? or sth that is actually no kick at all? i have no idea.

American Idol’s glamtastic runner-up Adam Lambert opens up in the next issue of Rolling Stone, speaking frankly about his sexuality, though he doesn’t think his revelation is particularly shocking.

“I don’t think it should be a surprise for anyone to hear that I’m gay,” Lambert says in the new issue of Rolling Stone, hitting newsstands this week. (Click here to check out exclusive video of his cover shoot).

The flamboyant Idol singer hits our cover and bares all, talking about his childhood (”I started to realize I wasn’t like every other boy,” he says), the drug-fueled Burning Man epiphany that led him to AI (”I realized that we all have our own power, and that whatever I wanted to do, I had to make happen,” he tells RS) and his run on the show (”I was like, ‘I’m going to glue rhinestones on my eyelids, bitch!’ “). And yes, he talks about his sexuality. “Right after the finale, I almost started talking about it to the reporters, but I thought, ‘I’m going to wait for Rolling Stone, that will be cooler,’ ” he tells us. “I didn’t want the Clay Aiken thing and the celebrity-magazine bullshit. I need to be able to explain myself in context.

“I’m proud of my sexuality,” Lambert adds. “I embrace it. It’s just another part of me.” Ultimately, however Lambert tells RS contributor Vanessa Grigoriadis that there are other parts of his life that he’s trying to keep front and center. “I’m trying to be a singer, not a civil rights leader,” he says.

It was that mission — and his Burning Man “psychedelic experience” — that lead him to Idol after years in musical theater. “I knew that it was my only shot to be taken seriously in the recording industry, because it’s fast and broad,” he tells RS. Make-up wearing "American Idol" star Adam Lambert has ended the guessing game over his sexual orientation by confirming he is gay in an interview with Rolling Stone magazine.

Glam-rocker Lambert, 27, who finished runner-up to clean-cut Kris Allen in the television singing contest last month, told Rolling Stone he had been living openly as a gay man for several years.

"I don't think it should be a surprise for anyone to hear I'm gay," Lambert told Rolling Stone in its latest issue due on newstands Friday.

"I've been living in Los Angeles for eight years as a gay man. I've been at clubs drunk making out with somebody in the corner."

Lambert, who wowed "Idol" judges with his extraordinary vocal range, was seen as the overwhelming favorite to take the title in the May 20 finale.

However he lost in a final hyped as a smackdown between the conservative values of "red states" represented by Arkansas-based Allen and the liberal mores of "blue states" personified by the flamboyant Lambert.

Lambert meanwhile joked that he had been attracted to "Idol" nemesis Allen, who he shared a room with during the series.

"He's the one guy I found attractive in the whole group on the show: nice, nonchalant, pretty and totally my type -- except that he has a wife," Lambert said. "I mean he's open-minded and liberal, but he's definitely 100 percent straight."

"American Idol" was exported to the United States from Britain in 2002, rapidly establishing itself as the most watched show on US television and pop-culture phenomenon.

The program aims to unearth the next big singing talent and past contestants such as Carrie Underwood and Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Hudson have gone on to forge successful careers in the entertainment industry.

k then started WOC. aft WOC was drill badge test. aft drill badge test was lecture/MOI. haha i gave yang le a standing ovation. omg haha gd job yang le.

okay well aft that was dismissal. lol changed to went to eat with squadies.

Michael Owen could be set for a shock return to Anfield, according to a report in the Sunday People.

The British tabloid claims that senior Liverpool players have urged manager Rafael Benitez to sign the Newcastle United striker who is out of contract at St James’ Park.

The players reportedly believe that Owen is worth a gamble, particularly as he is available on a free transfer, and that he would be warmly welcomed back to the club by the fans.

Owen spent eight years on Merseyside, winning an FA Cup, two League Cups and the UEFA Cup before moving to Real Madrid in 2004.

However, since returning to England with Newcastle, he has been plagued by injury and has struggled for his best form this season as the Magpies dropped out of the Premier League.

The striker looks certain to walk away from Tyneside this summer and make an instant return to the top-flight, with both Everton and Tottenham Hotspur both linked with the player.

Whilst Owen would no doubt welcome a return to Anfield, Benitez has previously insisted he is not interested in signing the Newcastle man.

However, the Sunday People insists that Owen could still return to Liverpool with the players seeing him as a perfect back up for striker Fernando Torres.

American Idol 8: Is Adam Lambert Finally Coming Out? (And Why All The Fuss?)

To be honest, talk of Adam Lambert's sexuality is getting tiring. American Idol's off-air for two weeks already, and within that time, we've seen Adam tease about it, Kara say he's been out all this time, and all that debate on whether that question mark over his head has relegated him to second place in a competition that Kris Allen ultimately won. But, perhaps just to keep the fire burning, well, there's that talk, and there's that talk.

So, perhaps, Adam's trying to shut everyone's mouths by, uhh, finally saying it?It all started, as we all know, with those photos, that show him kissing another man. It didn't affect his run on the show, although that question mark has been looming over his head for the longest time, as he continued to spin songs around with his vocals. And then came the almost-win, the questions about whether all that speculation has turned voters away from him--I remember seeing this blog entry from a devout conservative who's saying Adam's defeat is a victory for their cause--and, suddenly, what's supposedly a non-issue has become an issue bigger than I thought it would be.

Now there's rumor that Adam will be, finally, addressing those issues in an upcoming issue of Rolling Stone. A source told The New York Post that the singer will, finally, be coming out in an interview with the magazine. "He didn't want it to be an issue during the contest, but he's fine with his sexuality," the source said--a stark difference from, say, a previous interview where Adam only asked everyone to "keep speculating" regarding his sexuality.

Representatives for the magazine refused to comment. "We don't comment on future covers," one said. Same goes for Adam's representatives.

Then again, there are these photos of Adam with interior designer Drake LaBry, partying Monday night in Los Angeles. Spotters told US Weekly the two hit a major nightspot in Los Angeles holding hands, and were very close. "They were dancing very closely together, very flirtatious inside," one said. "It was cute to see two couples--one gay and one straight--acting the same and nobody caring!" another said, referring to the fact that actor Ryan Phillippe and girlfriend Abbie Cornish were spotted smooching in the same bar the same night.

And the question is, why again did this have to be an issue? Yeah, I know, I wrote one of those articles before, but at this moment I think I can ask that question now.

They're calling it "textgate", and it's the biggest voting scandal to hit America since hanging chads and a protracted legal battle turned George W Bush into the nation's 43rd President.

Kris Allen, the latest winner of American Idol, was this week exposed as the unwitting beneficiary of tens, if not hundreds, of thousands of illegal block votes cast at the behest of one of the talent show's high-spending corporate sponsors. AT&T, Idol's official "communications partner", admitted providing free mobile phones and texting services to fans of Allen, a singer, guitar player and pianist, at parties organised in his home town of Jacksonville, Arkansas, on the night of the programme's final episode.

The firm made no similar efforts to support his co-finalist, the eventual runner-up Adam Lambert. Scandalously, its representatives also provided Allen's supporters with lessons in how to send so-called "power texts" - which send 10 or more votes at the touch of a single button. Bobby Kierna, one of the 2,000 guests who attended one of the events, told reporters that she had voted for Allen n a university chum of her daughter n 10,840 times in the AT&T "texting zone" that had been set up there.

Allen, a clean-cut Christian with a wife and a traditional family background, is a world away from Lambert, a sexually ambiguous singer from Los Angeles who performed the Queen song "Bohemian Rhapsody" in his first audition. In the run-up to the final, their rivalry was widely billed as a political clash between left and right.

In eight years, American Idol, a US version of the British TV show which stars Simon Cowell, has grown into a national institution. It is by some margin the most popular programme on television, at one point boasting 40 million viewers. It has launched the careers of such household names as Kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood. But this year, like many network TV shows, it has suffered from falling audiences. The 20 May final attracted just 28.8 million, its lowest rating since 2004. Allen was seen as the most attractive winner in terms of the show's future ability to tap into the lucrative family market.

Talk of an organised effort to rig the final is being fuelled by the refusal of Fox to reveal any details of how scores are counted, or how many votes each finalist polled. All it will say is that roughly 100 million votes were cast in total. In a statement, Fox said it was "absolutely certain that the results of this competition are fair, accurate and verified", claiming an independent monitor was employed to preserve the integrity of the voting process. "In no way did any individuals unfairly influence the outcome of the competition," the statement said.

However, "power texting", together with AT&T's decision to hand out phones at the events, appear to contravene directly Idol's on-screen statement broadcast at the end of each episode warning that votes cast using "technical enhancements" that unfairly influence the outcome of voting can be thrown out.

Even Allen has described the practice as "cheating, apparently", and appeared concerned that the scandal had overshadowed his victory when he appeared on Jimmy Kimmel's late-night chat show this week. "I've no idea what's going on with textgate," he said.

k haha actually i am pretty impressed with the sec 3s performance, esp some of them, portraying themselves as an NCO(or what you call that new term cadet leader? lol NCO sounds more seh) like in the first parade only, which is not bad. i think they can now set down ground rules in a simplier and faster way. didnt went to see the games session though, but yea i think they will do well... now and the future.

okay so yea Mr Chew told us that sec 3 physics was to give us chance, so we btr buck up. haha k i will study my physics manz. cos Mrs Chang said sth which is very true, our physics is btr than some other subjects needed for the R5s, so yea go physics haha. F=ma lol.

American Idol Season 8 Finale Review =D

Round 1:
Adam Lambert- Mad World: Haha i like how he 'floated' up. plus all the dry ice lol. and his cape haha. well-ly sang.

Kris Allen- Ain't No Sunshine: Good performance. i like his voice in some parts of the song.

Round 1 Winner was Kris. well, Adam was great, but he was better.

Round 2:

NPCC DAY 7th MAY

7th may is a special day for NPCC, it was the time were we celebrated the founding of NPCC. haha i am bad at words, btr dun use my english to type what kinda celebration stuff lol.

k today was np day. Mrs Lee told us to reflect the four yrs in NPCC with our squad etc. lol then i say Mrs Lee so like that is np de 新年 lol GONG XI FA CAI! k though it's in the midst of the exams, i shall just blog on this very special day :)

k first i shall start with today. woke up earlier than usual and reached sch to chat abt the history paper later on. changed into full-u haha and omg there's a sudden change. okay initially there was no flag raising cos of thurs(assembly day), then it was the temp taking exercise. but yea NP managed to request for flag-raising, when we just knew abt it today :D

k made all preparations and started the whole ceremony. haha the ceremony damn long lol. nvm it was fun anyway. k then got back to class, exams, and went down to np room. haha then we had some conversation abt studying and lack of security lol.

k then as we waited for dismissal, hxx was like making those damn funny actions lol.

k then was dismissal.

k that's abt all for today. shall not go into further details.

hmm let's blog abt sth special. okay this may be quite surprising but my squmates and i only had 2 np days for morning assembly. cos yea sec 1 and sec 3 rained. well at first i was quite disappointed that there's no flag raising today. then yay haha have. i think it was quite good for us.

k let's reflect lol. well, our squad has attended a lot of events since sec 1. hmm first was the swearing in ceremony. lol that was like yrs ago lol. hmm i think sec 2 would be more, and i can rmb more(lol old alr lost memory). cssp project, annnual camp, civil defence, SANA, hmm anymore? oh yea classification shoot. lol that time we were still using the old revolver lol. k maybe more abt civil defence course. haha i guess everyone still rmb that officer lol. haha he was like.. lol.

k i think the most impt highlight to some of us was the open house 2007. it was the first time us(sec 2s) participated in a FDC. the bonding sessions were fun. haha then my squadmates and i were planning for cca ex 2008. lol the days at mac were fun. initially aft our first planning, we didnt knew why it was called a simple proposal, then we realised it was really a simple proposal when we were sec 3s. k so the open house came. haha i still rmb how i tried my very best saying the speech lol.

k then was cca ex. training was tough, planning was tough, but we had fun. our squad was a lot more bonded through this. k many more came. camps, lectures, courses. that was our sch holiday in june. though it was tired, i had fun. well, haha i think i will blog abt all these another time.

k then it was annual camp. we went through a lot, planned a lot, did a lot, order a lot(LOL!). those were the days with my squad.

nah wun post abt sec 4. want to reserve it for another day.

okay before that. practically had no lessons though. physics spa. lol i was like huh table cannot draw bigbig meh? lol somemore there's ample space to write later what. anyway yea it wun affects my results though. thx to the vid on edulearn lar. lol then i know how to fix and use my apparatus properly and change the negative V to a positive one. heng.

k so it's english and ss test aft that. yea went down to np rm kept my bags and went to watch 17 again. good movie. it actually portrays how ppl start to miss thing aft they know that they will be losing it. the hilarious part is yea not bad lar. but jerald did sth very funny cos he was responsible lol.

k then went back to sch and yea many ppl rushing like mad. k told the sec 3s what to do and off i went to the hall. omg there's this vid showing us sec 4s growing up from sec 1. i can only see council peeps in the vid though. maybe there's ndp haha cos i was late then didnt see much.

k speech day started. yea so aft the talktalktalk then the awards haha. haha nicely done Jonas. you are the only one who dare to do that man lol. kk so yea we are actually supposed to be inspired by those graduates ryt? k i'm inspired then lol. k time to work hard.

kk squadmates, this one is for you. 3 1/2 yrs since we know each other. hmm maybe during sec 1 we didnt really know each other since we were alw with our class ppl esp the ndp days. but well as time goes by... we got really bonded together as a squad. rmb the annual camp we were like helping one another and trying to work as a team? even though we were really tired but we still manage to do things well enough. haha NCOs 08-09 will definitely leave a place in my heart forever.

Thanks for keeping the school safe. i think he's like one of the best security guards i've ever seen lar. he got promoted when he was in nan hua last year lol. i still rmb last yr when we were planning annual camp, then actually we should have been chased out of school cos of the 'O' levels, but he kept giving us extra time. in the end he got scolded by his boss. i think i once mentioned abt it in my previous post lol.

my final one... well... got喜got忧. okay so yea aft sch work work eat then went to the stadium to prepare the marshalls. aft that the heats began. haha yea so see see run run. then it was the inter cca 4x100m relay. well i went to run lol.

okay so TOs say must get first or second. then guess what... we got third lol. nvm squadies nicely done. at least we won sth lol.

okay then the results of overall class champion. damn it 407 lost by a point. it was really disappointing... but well. everyone we've put in our best. well done 407. even when someone taunts, we are still united as a class together as a team. we still wanted to choing haha.

for the marshalls, even though you guys are short of manpower, you guys did a great job. i appreciate that very much. do well for speech day marshall too.

God i feel damn stupid now... there's a circle test tmr. it's a sec 3 topic, but i lost that stupid worksheet of mine and the tb is going in my head now. well... i just have to blame myself for it for not being able to even keep one stupid worksheet. i feel stupid... i really am.

it's like other people have a bright future ahead, and mine is hanging in mid air.

i am doing other things voluntarily, when others told me that those things they consider it as nth.

i dun mind doing these things. in fact i love doing these things. i get what i want and expect from these.

then here comes all those tests and results. others are getting As, and mine is like a load of crap.

i seriously feel stupid. looking at those subjects that i am studying now, it's not that it cnt get in my brain, it's just that i will tend to neglect it after some time and totally forget abt it and my results goes phwee.

then here it comes, stress aft stress, anger aft anger. things that ppl are stressed at, i am more stressed. things that ppl dun get angry abt, i get angry over it. pissed pissed pissed. the pimples on my face are not for show.

okay yea apparently i was pissed for the whole day cos of sth. wth seriously it's really insulting. but yea fine whatever not like i can stop it anyway.

okay muahaha np has made a change. girls are doing flag raising now. ppl pls dun get surprised or whatever. it's just a change initiated by nan hua npcc. there are more to come. recently a lot of changes haha.

okay mid yr schedule is sorta out, just not confirmed yet. 7th May is Physics P2 and Elec History paper. gosh. oh btw 7th May is also NPCC day. and yea sec 4 schedule is sorta spread out. the P1s are all at the last day. but yea i am still gonna study on those days.

okay bla today was a rainy day haha. okay lessons were yea? trying my best to open my eyes? tsk okay i btr start studying from today.

okay recently things are changing. muahaha the new ERA that apparently my batch and the upcoming one have down. you guys will see it tmr. sure shock everyone. cool ryt? haha.

okay fine i seriously wonder...

okay. today i am gonna talk abt let's see hmm... flag raising? haha okay maybe just some random points to note. it's not really must follow or sth. just some comments and advices.

before you even dream of flag raising. look at yourself in the mirror lol. okay fine actually it's attire. socks esp. gosh later when you sedia(commander) then see your ankle socks, confirm get scolded.

okay next, when doing flag raising, please sing. being a flag bearer dosent give you any privilege to yea not sing? actually you must sing louder.

hmm... yea when holding the nylon string, pls, dont pull the wrong one. if not, yea i think everyone's seen what happened.

commander, pls hor. pay attention lol. alw look at the teacher i/c to give the cue(not stare at the teacher hor)

okay last thing i guess? everyone should go down together, and i mean all 5. this was what my seniors taught me. looks professional or sth acc to them lol.

okay ytd was boring. i limped all the way throughout sch . you noe when i was walking down the stairs my legs were shaking alr? gosh then i walk like some bai ka like that. it sucks.

okay i shall tok abt today. changing parade for pe lol made mr chan angry again my class lol. gosh very lazy to keep changing T.T kays anyway then met with mr chan during recess to sort it all out. yea then i realised i miss mr thomas's pe lessons where we can do what we want. i still rmb when i was sec 2 i used my right hand(i am a lefty) to play badminton with him lol. those were the days... well... and he likes to talk abt his army days in India also lol.

okay skip skip went to ava room for geog. lol the video made me fell asleep. lol i think almost everyone slept i guess? okay woke up and mr koh said sth funny lol. it's abt my class can sleep everywhere lol. cant say very sensitive lol. and oops i left my file in ava room. lol the mr wong kept it for me haha. okay very guilty but anyway thanks mr wong. kay then was np. went jalan jalan ard all the squads. yea then okay my leg was aching alr. well but tried to endure. then it was PT yea. okay long since i took PT. okay sheesh dun tell anyone my leg was aching a lot during the run. if not i think i will go faster :X anyway it's cos of road run lar lol. anyways i got 18th lol i have the medal lol.

okay then debrief dismissed and left. end of the day lol.

well... i think i am really tired alr. i mean physically tired. my body's aint working with me. do i need to rest? wait in the first place do i have to time to rest? well have to run, train, scold all those blabla. not that i want to complain, but i am also a 16yr old. well.. but i am willing to do and i think it has been part and parcel of my life alr. let's call it passion for it i guess. i will keep on. ppl work hard, i have to work twice as hard. kampatei.

well... some miss the past. who dosent? it will always linger in your mind. but well... guys think another way. right now, we create memories to last a lifetime? how abt that? haha have to tink positive lar lol.

Okay post. cant be bothered typing today's stuff.

well maybe abt lessons. haha in the past it's dozing off. now at least i try to stay awake.

well maybe it's the mindset doing everything? haha.

geog lessons are still okay with those banding and audi stuff although sometimes it is not really efficient. we dun even have much time for lessons lar. but yea i heard that it was no choice. btw Mr A. Yeo de music not bad de lol. ask him send me some day haha.

well... lessons are just part and parcel of life i guess.

have to study sec 3 stuff alr gosh. i guess i forgotten a lot of stuff. back to the start man. gosh sec 4 life T.T you can just make a conclusion from every other sec 4's blog.

oh haha i heard from my teacher that 'O' level chem SPA is postponed. it's not during the hols anymore. great i can study other subs more now.

Okay finally back aft leaving my blog semi-dead for a long time. well... haha at least i have some time now? haha.

yep new blogskin. actually i changed the whole meaning that creator wanted to. i just wanna say that TIME SUCKS! it moves so damn fast that i am alr in my fourth year in nan hua alr. i still rmb the sec 1 times man... now those seniors whom did NDP with us alr graduated out of nhT.T and time isnt on my side now. guess i have to work very very hard.

well... i guess i've been mugging? haha. but it dosent seemed like next week is common test. the class dont give me the atmosphere. and lessons are still, lessons.
