I don't care if you guys read this now or what. I almost cried. yes you read that right, i almost cried.well, it was now my turn to ORD, and yea memories of my cadet life would definitely invade my brain. well, obviously thinking of the times i did in the unit with my squad and everyone else in the unit, the days that my squad finally bonded was really fun. turning up for np activities was total enjoyment. okay enough of that, let's talk abt the day.reached ard 6.15 in sch and squadmates and i started playing soccer. k aft that went to change into my super small full-u. crapped with my squadmates aftwards and we went up to the audi. well the atmosphere is a lil different from the past few ORDs that i've attended. anyway it's not bad cos it's quite Lambert :D tried sth funny at the stage aft gaining permission from Miss Lim and she went 要死arh? damn funny lol.k went down ate, took photos and pop. senior NCO i am now. fast.haha luckily no one saw my eyes went red. heng arh...k then took dozens of pics and went to play soccer with Mr Chew haha. k aft that went down to vivo with the super big board to meet up with my squadmates and ate again and home-ed. emotional day for me though.okay pics can be found anywhere, facebook blabla you guys wanna see can go and see. well, that's all for now. maybe more next week since i dun really have time to blog and blog now. bye.although I might be laughing loud and hearty deep inside I'm blueLabels: NHNP

okay more abt today...
sorta no lessons today lol. either teacher let us slack, nvr come or yea just teach and we stoned :X
k lesson ended with the class shooting rubber bands lol. went down with yang le to observe lol.
k haha actually i am pretty impressed with the sec 3s performance, esp some of them, portraying themselves as an NCO(or what you call that new term cadet leader? lol NCO sounds more seh) like in the first parade only, which is not bad. i think they can now set down ground rules in a simplier and faster way. didnt went to see the games session though, but yea i think they will do well... now and the future.
okay so yea Mr Chew told us that sec 3 physics was to give us chance, so we btr buck up. haha k i will study my physics manz. cos Mrs Chang said sth which is very true, our physics is btr than some other subjects needed for the R5s, so yea go physics haha. F=ma lol.

title:NPCC DAY 7th MAY
NPCC DAY 7th MAY7th may is a special day for NPCC, it was the time were we celebrated the founding of NPCC. haha i am bad at words, btr dun use my english to type what kinda celebration stuff lol.
k today was np day. Mrs Lee told us to reflect the four yrs in NPCC with our squad etc. lol then i say Mrs Lee so like that is np de 新年 lol GONG XI FA CAI! k though it's in the midst of the exams, i shall just blog on this very special day :)
k first i shall start with today. woke up earlier than usual and reached sch to chat abt the history paper later on. changed into full-u haha and omg there's a sudden change. okay initially there was no flag raising cos of thurs(assembly day), then it was the temp taking exercise. but yea NP managed to request for flag-raising, when we just knew abt it today :D
k made all preparations and started the whole ceremony. haha the ceremony damn long lol. nvm it was fun anyway. k then got back to class, exams, and went down to np room. haha then we had some conversation abt studying and lack of security lol.
k then as we waited for dismissal, hxx was like making those damn funny actions lol.
k then was dismissal.
k that's abt all for today. shall not go into further details.
hmm let's blog abt sth special. okay this may be quite surprising but my squmates and i only had 2 np days for morning assembly. cos yea sec 1 and sec 3 rained. well at first i was quite disappointed that there's no flag raising today. then yay haha have. i think it was quite good for us.

k let's reflect lol. well, our squad has attended a lot of events since sec 1. hmm first was the swearing in ceremony. lol that was like yrs ago lol. hmm i think sec 2 would be more, and i can rmb more(lol old alr lost memory). cssp project, annnual camp, civil defence, SANA, hmm anymore? oh yea classification shoot. lol that time we were still using the old revolver lol. k maybe more abt civil defence course. haha i guess everyone still rmb that officer lol. haha he was like.. lol.
k i think the most impt highlight to some of us was the open house 2007. it was the first time us(sec 2s) participated in a FDC. the bonding sessions were fun. haha then my squadmates and i were planning for cca ex 2008. lol the days at mac were fun. initially aft our first planning, we didnt knew why it was called a simple proposal, then we realised it was really a simple proposal when we were sec 3s. k so the open house came. haha i still rmb how i tried my very best saying the speech lol.
k then was cca ex. training was tough, planning was tough, but we had fun. our squad was a lot more bonded through this. k many more came. camps, lectures, courses. that was our sch holiday in june. though it was tired, i had fun. well, haha i think i will blog abt all these another time.
k then it was annual camp. we went through a lot, planned a lot, did a lot, order a lot(LOL!). those were the days with my squad.
nah wun post abt sec 4. want to reserve it for another day.

haha seems like everyone is blogging abt every squadmate that's inspired from cup collector jerald chew.
but i will only do that during our NCOs ORD. haha. but i guess i will miss np. gosh. like yea my life's alr linked to np. if np's gone, i dun know when i am gonna cut my fingernails or do sth to my attire.
oh and yea. midyrs are like 2 days later... why am i still blogging. need to study alr man. it's like both sec 3 and 4 topics are tested. and SS is like this thurs. and the only thing i rmb from chapt 2 of sec 3 text is Leadership Is Key. gosh...
then the math... sec 1-4. faints. where got time to practice when there's still amath and i forgot to bring my amath TYS home. gg. then geog. like yea paper 1 and paper 2. though it's like one week, but yea human geog is T.T it's like you are not sure if you do or die even if you study a lot.
my sciences, okay lar i can say that i improved by abit haha. but yea sec 3 topics also. THE MOLE for chem and KINEMATICS for phy. wth-.- even though it's a spread of 3 weeks, but yea the study load is still like T.T
not to forget hist. yea it's elective but btr brush up my skills. like i have been too busy with other subs that i sorta pang seh this sub for 4 months. haha hope a miracle can happen for this sub like last yr haha.
and come to it, june will be tough for me. i will need to sorta restudy everything, esp my math and sci. night classes pls start earlier.
okay back to cca talk. haha ytd miss yeo came to my class and asked us a really stupid qns. did you all quit your cca? like hello, it's 407 that you are talking abt. okay then there's still thing that other CCAs are all getting gold. well then np will have to buck up and push for a gold. i hope that the first half yr that my squad have done have helped in creating a gold for UOPA 2009.

well last parade. short one though T.T
anyway yea maybe i dont detail abt the parade. okay first and foremost. my squadmates!!! haha.
kk squadmates, this one is for you. 3 1/2 yrs since we know each other. hmm maybe during sec 1 we didnt really know each other since we were alw with our class ppl esp the ndp days. but well as time goes by... we got really bonded together as a squad. rmb the annual camp we were like helping one another and trying to work as a team? even though we were really tired but we still manage to do things well enough. haha NCOs 08-09 will definitely leave a place in my heart forever.
as for the juniors, esp the upcoming NCOs. okay you guys got your posts alr. for those who are glad, congratulations. for those who are slightly disappointed, just some word of advice. well dun be demoralised over the post that maybe you didnt really want. well, why not take it as a challenge? set high expectations for yourselves. nvr think negative. look into the good things that your post is for. work hard. all the best. anything dunno, still can ask me haha dun need scared i scold you cos i am studying or whatever. can ask me de haha.

np, what is the problem with playing with them like crazy? what is the problem with gossiping with them or chatting with them? dudes, it's outside

some would say that cadets will climb above my head. well, apparently there
isnt any at me yet except for a few would called me by my name during
np. and i warned them
alr. i believe that they know what to do. and if you implement the correct approach, you can be real nice outside

a few really good examples are the
ppl of higher authority. some of them can joke and laugh with us outside
np. and during
np, we still show the due respect they deserve

and one thing to make clear of, this is not face-off or multi-personalities. it's
juz doing what you are supposed to do during certain occasions and be yourself aft that. and if you treat diff
ppl with diff attitude, in my opinion this is called bias and i

and another point, i dun treat my cadets as
subordinates. i seriously dun. i treat them more like my frens. my peers. so frens are for what? partly playing ryt? so i play with them. fullstop.seriously i dun believe all these would affect my 2nd posting or whatever. even if it does, i dont care i seriously dun care alr. i am fine with any post now. i am not into the higher authority thingy and i swear that i am not into it since i was born. i dun go and fight for power and whatever. treating cadets like frens and cadets treating you as frens isnt sucking up. i noe the way i tok to officers sometimes are like fren fren like that. but well, this is me. i treat everybody like this. but to officers, i will give that due respect.seriously all these things make me feel like not caring about anything anymore sometimes. i care abt some things, in the end i will meet up with lots of trouble. troblesome, totally vexing. whats more these are more of volunteering work. but well like what someone told me before because i care then things will work. and i am pretty happy abt tt. plus all those encouragements my squadmates and some cadets have been giving me, it made me wanna work more for np and np will now be my motivation for everything i do.well upon all the points i mentioned above esp the top ones, i think tt's the way seriously. and well i believe what i done is still right. oh and the rules i am referring to is respecting NCOs rules. yea all above most of it is about the NCO-cadets must distance thing.

Post post haha. kays group meeting was quite okay cos apparantly nothing serious came. kays then went to eat and heard a lot of liao4? lol kays aft tt went home. well sth happened and i started emo-ing. tuition. haha sometimes i think the english tuition makes me more relaxed cos it's very innocent there yea? as in no backstabbing blabla... kays then home-ed. haha realised sth and i am damn damn damn happy now lol. goody moody.
kays hmm idk what to comment abt some things... and i will not use webdings to cover this okay.
okay it's not easy taking major posts or OIC for events you see. cos it's like you have to do everything(which i dun mind) but get all kinds of nonsense from some source that i dun wanna say.
NCO-ship haixs i miss cadet life like siao man. at least there isn't all those vexing things that actually have no link with np kays? i dun mind the proposals and work blablabla. ask me to do i will do one. but just tt you know that source is damn irritating. it can really piss you off like 10000000x you know.
and apparantly, i still have to cope with my studies. i noe that i am very very weak in certain subjects and i am trying to put an effort in it. but some ppl will just dun noe(no one will know anyways)... but sometimes i am really too tired to use my brain le. some days you know. you just feel like laughing and forgetting everything.
idk lar. it's not tt i dun like the work that NCO-ship has gave me. i seriously dun mind. like what some ppl said i am too enthu in np muz relax sometimes. but np is the thing that make me relax? then all these crap comes and i dunno what else i can do to relax other than chatting with ppl and sometimes some LOL stuff will come out although it may be lame sometimes.
well... NCO-ship also change a lot of things in my life. like what i need and cannot do. but yea some parts of after NCO-ship is nice like the national day parade part(has tt got to do with NCO-ship in the first place?) gah... but well at least you noe i see the real side of some ppl through NCO-ship. some CIs are really nice to give you all the info you need for your proposal. then yea TOs are all damn nice to help you all the time even in your studies. then NCO-ship made me make more frens(and really is a lot!).
NCO-ship also made me a more experienced person. you know like i can give advices to ppl on their work on np blabla... i also get to know a lot of insider info(which sometimes have to link with NP!) haha. NCO-ship made me a more random person too.
NCO-ship sorta improve my physique though. being the pt head, apparantly i have to be fit yea. kkays nth much to prove on this.
NCO-ship needs me to be some sort of perfect in almost everything. even my commands. as in there are diff ways for diff CCAs i know that, but does it matter? why dont all the CCAs open conference and sign peace treaty or a pact? omg i am so into history lol. but wouldnt it be so much better? as in all the CCAs live in peace and harmony, just like the NDP everyone cheering and helping each other. i bet my ex class 205'07 would love tt cos quite a number of us are from UG and yea we sort of want peace but circumstances dun allow us to? idk.
in a sentence, all i can say is: NCO-ship 讓我歡喜讓我憂(if you uds traditional chinese) haixz...
